I rendered in cycles the progetto verde shuttle.

nodes allows a higher speed (too bad the bug that makes it difficult for multiple connections and shares setting). The first thing I noticed was the beauty of bump mapping, with the blender internal engine (even with the new best quality) is this so hard to get a bump, soft and clean (although, as in the case of a low-resolution texture).

The reliefs assume a new importance and beauty (and of course, as we see, the flaws and inaccuracies of the texture or of the uvmapping emerge relentless!). the second thing to notice is the beauty of the shader, color changes of the material by vary the brightness in blender internal  be simulated with rampshaders and were never so beautiful.
